Pirry is an multi-media artist, activist and foodie who was born in Mexico City and was raised in Squamish B.C. Canada. Returning to Mexico after graduating high school, Pirry has been developing her artistic practice which began in youth under the guidance of her grandfather. She works in the media of oil and acrylic paint, charcoals, pastels, and ceramics. 

 

In addition to creating visual art Pirry owns and operates La Rana Vegana, a vegan cuisine locale in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. In this context, Pirry engages the art of wellness by offering delicious and nutritious, culturally grounded vegan food, and advocating animal rights and environmental stewardship through Indigenous relational frameworks. In addition to running Rana La Vegana, Pirry occasionally assists at Tianguis Cultural de Los Cabos, and is an Assistant Director at Caracol Experimental Art Studio.
